OA failed to capture WBC belt in Tokyo.

WBC Female # 15 OA Kokietgym (Lookkaerai) of Thailand failed to capture the WBC Female title by unanimous decision lost to the Japanese world champion Naomi Togashi on May 2, at Korakuen Hall in Tokyo.In the early rounds, a taller and lefty fighter, OA landed many blows to get points over the champion. But Togashi used her aggressive style to destoy the Thai challenger by big body shots in later rounds. The official scorecards were read 96-94, 96-93, 97-92, all fovor to the Japanease champion.

 

In the same function, WBC # 5 and former WBC Asia Super Featherweight titlist of Thailand, Thong Por Chokchai failed to capture 130 lbs OPBF belt after he was dropped 2 times in round 5 by the Japanese title holder and WBC # 6 Takashi Uchiyama before the referee stopped the fight promtly. And also Thai Flyweight champ Uchi Caryboy (Eausampan) was stopped in round 7 by OPBF Flyweight champ Masafumi Okubo of Japan and failed to capture the belt.
