Veronica Medel, the newly appointed Coordinator of Charitable Programs in Mexico for WBC World Boxing Cares, was personally appointed by President Sulaiman. Don Jose felt her background in media and marketing, plus a strong feeling for the underprivileged, would make her ideal for this position. In addition to attending internal functions she will continue to seek out and contact promoters and hospitals; and all other people and organizations interested in joining us on our mission to help children. She especially looks forward to organizing the WBC Cares visits during Title fights and other WBC events.
Veronica will work closely with Susan Castillio, who is our WBC Goodwill Ambassador in Mexico.
In addition, Veronica also organizes the press conferences and controls the marketing for Suljos. She is a welcome addition to our program.
