The grand finale was held at a popular restaurant west of Mexico City, where eight finalists gathered in looking to become Miss WBC Latin America 2011, all returned to parade in front of those present, among whom were: Don Jose Sulaiman, president of the World Boxing Council, the six-time world champion in different categories, gold medal in Barcelona ’92 and promissory businessman boxing Oscar De La Hoya, the “Golden Boy”, Victor “Vicious” Ortiz the new champion WBC welterweight.
Made three new walkways, this time dressed in sweat suits and wearing the new WBC green gloves that makes Cleto Reyes, then they did in the same order, but now in a bathing suit and closed with elegant evening gowns, was a hard work for judges, but finally chose the four finalists: Rosy Vargas (MEX), Ariadna Muro (MEX) Benito Guadalupe (MEX) and Kelly Estrada (COL).
After further deliberation it was announced the three finalists received a prize of 25,000 pesos and then to the winner, who received 100, 000 pesos, a crown and a symbolic world champion belt, the Guadalajara native Maria Guadalupe Benitez.
