Miyata Promotions announced WBC flyweight champ Daisuke Naito’s fifth defense to take place in Shanghai, China, on May 26th, 2009.

The 34-year-old Japanese will face WBC#14 Xiong Zhao Zhong (how can we pronounce?), 26, from China, putting his belt on the line. The promoter Hiroyuki Miyata says, “If victorious, we hope Naito will defend his belt again at the International Exhibition in Shanghai next year”.
