Carina is now being managed by Dr. Joe Noriega. With Dr. Noriega as her manager, the WBC can feel safer about keeping Carina as their own. She has a bout coming up on August 14th in Corona, but will not be defending her WBC title at that time. She will be defending her WBC title within a couple of months after the August 14th fight.
