Jason “All American Boy” Litzau, St. Paul, Minnesota impressively became the new NABF lightweight champ with a TKO4 over Verquan Kimbrough, Pittsburgh in the first televised bout on the Roy Jones, Jr./Jeff Lacy pay-per-view broadcast. Litzau, whose record improves to 25-2 with the win, dominated from the start to the extent that the bout was stopped by the ringside physician after round 4. Kimbrough sees his record drop to 21-2-2 with the loss.
