Rounds over the former champion Junior Witter, England, in their fight of Saturday night in California, with all 3 judges having the bout in favor of Alexander by the same scoring of 77-73.
Devon Alexander came to tears when getting the WBC green and gold belt,
while Stating that it had been his dream since he was 7 years old to win the green belt, dream that he would take to the cemetery quite often to visit his father.
