The president of DE BOXING commission from Tepeji DEL Rio, Hidalgo, México, Maria Ruth Martinez de la Vega,has requested the WBC and FECOMBOX, to contact the Nevada State Athletic Commission as well as  Golden boy Promotions  to inform them that the medical commission has not approved the traveling license of boxer Michael Gabriel Lozada to fight in Las Vegas , at the MANDALAY BAY against Ray Narh, due to medical impediments like a serious infection in the lips and mouth, a temperature of 38.9 grades,  as well as a serious infection in the left ear.
      Information has been sent to the Boxing COMMISSION and the promoter hoping that they will act accordingly for the protection of the health of the boxer.
