Evolution of Women’s Boxing in Japan

I just returned from Japan where an all champion fight card featured two women’s fights. The arena was sold out and the events were televised. Wake up America! Let’s take a lesson form the Japanese. They’ve only had women’s boxing for a short time and they’re way ahead of us in acknowledging the talent and popularity of this sport. It was a pleasure to be with people who not only treated the fighters well but recognized the potential of Women’s Boxing.
