The strawweight WBC Silver Belt went to Amecameca, State of Mexico, by unanimous decision of native fighter Ganigan Lopez in twelve rounds defeating Puerto Rican Omar “Pastor” Soto, last night in a good and lively entry in the Corona Forum of Las Americas Hippodrome.

As expected, Soto, who gave thousands of  problems before losing with Edgar Sosa, was a very difficult enemy for Ganigan with both offensive and defensive resources.
