Dozens of children and young people attentively witnessed the public training that Irma “La Güerita” Sanchez made on the first day of activities of the International Fair of Sport in Guadalajara Mexico.
The fighter from Guadalajara, who will fight for the WBC flyweight championship against Naomi Togashi from Japan, Irma “La Güerita” Sanchez is being advised in her last week of training by the great Mexican champion Ana Maria “ La Guerrera” Torres who said, “The reason for me to be in Guadalajara is to support my friend Irma Sanchez who, from my point of view, has lots of opportunities to be crowned. I have studied videos of the Japanese and am providing Irma with some technical and tactical hints so she can clearly beat her” said Torres.
Given that Ana Maria Torres is a great champion, Rafael Guzman, who is “La Güerita’s” experienced coach, allowed her to advise the fighter.
The bout between Irma Sanchez and Naomi Togashi, is part of the card “Pegada Explosiva 4” that HG Boxing promotions will present at the Olympic Coliseum of the Guadalajara University of Mexico next Saturday October 2th.
The event will be broadcasted for Mexico by Channel 5 of TELEVISA MEXICO and by wbcboxing.tv for the rest of the world.
