Grand Inspection for our Green and Gold Convention, in Tashkent, Uzbekistan

  The most important boxing event of the year, the annual Convention of the World Boxing Council will take place from November 12 to 17, in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, a magnificent place that opens its doors to the entire boxing family.

The WBC staff is presently  in that city inspecting all the venues and reviewing the details to ensure that it will be a spectacular Convention for everyone.

 Tashkent which means “City of Stone”, is located in the eastern part of the country.

Tashkent is the economic and cultural center of Uzbekistan and one of the richest cities in all of Central Asia that combines history and tradition, with modern elegance and at the same time offering spectacular traditional views of an oriental city, wide avenues, modern restaurants and large and beautiful buildings, which this year will be adorned in green and gold.

There will be three host hotels, one of them will be the Hilton Tashkent City, the Intercontinental and the Marriott, all located in the downtown, 10 minutes from the Chorsu bazaar and the Alisher Navoï Opera.

 In the following days the specific details will be released to start the registration.

El evento boxístico más importante del año, la convención anual del Consejo Mundial de Boxeo llevará a cabo del 12 al 17 de noviembre, en Tashkent, Uzbekistán, un lugar más que especial que abre sus puertas a toda la familia boxística.

El staff del WBC esta precisamente en dicha ciudad realizando la inspección de todos los lugares y revision de pormenores para garantizar que sea una convencion espectacular para todos .

Tashkent que significa “Ciudad de Piedra”,  situada en la parte oriental del país,

Tashkent es el centro económico y cultural de Uzbekistán y una de las ciudades más ricas de todo Asia Central que conjuga historia tradición, combinando a la perfección la elegancia moderna y al mismo tiempo ofrece vistas espectaculares de una ciudad oriental, amplias avenidas, restaurantes modernos y grandes y hermosos edificios, que este año se vestirán de verde y oro.

Se tendrán tres hoteles sede, uno de ellos  será el Hilton Tashkent City, el Intercontinental y el Marriott, todos  ubicados en el centro de la ciudad, a 10 minuto del bazar Chorsu y de la Ópera Alisher Navoï.
